Chỉ quan niệm thầy và học trò thời xưa xem môi trường học tập của mình như một đơn vị gần như độc lập, có tôn ti và trật tự riêng. Thường dùng để nói về ảnh hưởng lớn của người thầy và tính khép kín, quy củ của quan hệ thầy trò trong xã hội cũ.

Refers to the old idea that a teacher and his students formed a nearly autonomous circle with its own hierarchy and order. It is used to describe the teacher’s strong authority and the formal, self-contained nature of the traditional teacher-student relationship.
